SECOND CUP SPIN & SIP CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Spin & Sip Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 16, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 3, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are fourteen (14) years of age or older and are registered Second Cup loyalty members.

3. LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT
By entering this Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by (a) these Rules, (b) the official Site Terms and Conditions at secondcup.com, and (c) all decisions of the Administrator, which are final in all respects.

4. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A. Second Cup App
The Second Cup App (the “App”) can be downloaded from the Apple or Android app store. Eligible Entrants can access the App through a mobile device. If using a mobile device, standard data rates may apply.

B. During the Contest Period, Eligible Entrants must log into their Second Cup rewards account via the App and follow the on-screen instructions. Each spin will automatically grant an Eligible Entrant a chance to win a prize listed in Section 5.

C. Eligible Entrants may receive bonus spins triggered by qualifying purchases. Points are earned at a rate of 10 points for every 1% spent. Points expire 4 weeks after being awarded.

5. PRIZES
There are multiple prizes available to be won through the Contest wheel. The prizes and odds are as follows:

– 5 Points
– 10 Points
– 15 Points
– 20 Points
– 25 Points
– 30 Points
– Free Medium Brewed Coffee or Tea

6. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND CLAIMS
Points Prizes won will be automatically loaded into the App. Winners must redeem the points within four (4) weeks of winning. Any points not claimed by this deadline will be forfeited.

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are fourteen (14) years of age or older and are registered Second Cup loyalty members.

8. VERIFICATION OF ENTRIES
The validity of any digital spin is subject to verification by the Administrator. Illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected, technical failures, or late entries will be void. The use of multiple names, email addresses, or automated systems to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

9. TRANSFER & ASSIGNMENT
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or assignable. No substitutions are allowed, except at the Administrator’s discretion.

10. RELEASES
By accepting a prize through Second Cup’s Spin & Sip game, I confirm that I have read and complied with the Official Contest Rules and accept the prize as awarded. I hereby release the Administrator, Prize Providers and Prize Fulfillers as defined in the Official Contest Rules found at www.secondcup.com and their respective officers, directors, employees & agents (the “Contest Parties”), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize.

I further agree that Second Cup and the Contest Parties may use, reproduce, and communicate photos, recordings, or written statements from me for promotional purposes related to the Spin & Sip campaign. This may include interviews, images, or testimonials used across marketing channels.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Contest Parties will not be liable for incomplete or inaccurate information, theft, loss, or unauthorized access to entries, or technical malfunctions of networks, systems, or websites.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for contest administration. They also consent to the use of their names, addresses, voices, and photographs for publicity in association with the contest. This personal information will not be otherwise used or disclosed without consent.

13. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND
The Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, suspend, or amend the Contest at any time without prior notice for any reason.

14. DISQUALIFICATION
The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is not in compliance with the Rules, is tampering with the entry process, or is acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

15. LANGUAGE
In case of any discrepancy between the English and French versions of the rules, the English version prevails for participants outside of Quebec, while the French version prevails for participants within Quebec.

16. APPLICABLE LAWS
For participants outside Quebec, the rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. For participants in Quebec, the rules are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws.
